LyricaLearn is a language-learning app built around music, listening, vocabulary, review, and progress tracking. You may use the app only if you can form a binding agreement with us and are allowed to use the app under the laws that apply to you.

You are responsible for your device, internet connection, app store account, and any carrier or data charges that apply when you use the service.

Some features require a LyricaLearn account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in method secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may delete your account from the in-app privacy controls. Account deletion removes app-owned account data as described in the Privacy Policy, but it does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

LyricaLearn may show lyrics, translations, audio, video, radio, lessons, practice prompts, review cards, stats, and progress data. Learning content is provided for educational and practice purposes. We do not promise that every lyric, translation, pronunciation, statistic, or recommendation will be complete or error-free.

You are responsible for deciding how to use the learning material. LyricaLearn is not a substitute for formal instruction, certification, immigration, legal, medical, or professional advice.

Paid mobile subscriptions and purchases are handled through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment methods are controlled by the store or payment provider used for the purchase.

You can manage or cancel store subscriptions through the store account that handled the purchase. If a store or provider reverses, refunds, or cannot verify a purchase, LyricaLearn may update the related entitlement or app access.

LyricaLearn may show ads to eligible users who are not recognized as Pro subscribers. Rewarded ads may grant lesson credits when the ad network or app service reports a valid reward and app wallet limits allow the grant.

Ads, consent prompts, and rewarded credit availability can vary by device, platform, region, network availability, account state, and app version.

If you use public profile, follow, invite, or leaderboard features, you agree to use them respectfully. Do not harass, impersonate, threaten, or misuse another person, and do not attempt to scrape or reconstruct social graphs or private account data.

Profile visibility settings affect what learning information is shown in supported public-profile surfaces. Other users may still see basic profile information needed for social features, such as display name, profile photo, and follow state.

You agree not to:

• Break, bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with app security, access controls, billing checks, ads, rewards, telemetry, or rate limits.
• Use automated scraping, bulk collection, credential stuffing, spam, or abusive traffic against LyricaLearn or its providers.
• Upload, submit, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful.
• Use LyricaLearn to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service unless we have agreed in writing.

LyricaLearn relies on third-party services for sign-in, hosting, app stores, billing, subscriptions, ads, push notifications, diagnostics, music, lyrics, radio, video, catalog data, and communications. Their own terms and policies may apply to your use of those services.

We may remove, replace, change, limit, or stop showing third-party content or integrations when licenses, provider availability, technical requirements, safety, or product decisions require it.

LyricaLearn, the app design, app code, brand, original text, and original product materials are owned by Kawaki or its licensors. Third-party music, lyrics, artwork, videos, names, trademarks, and media remain owned by their respective owners.

These Terms let you use LyricaLearn for personal learning. They do not give you ownership of the app, its code, its brand, or third-party content.

LyricaLearn is still evolving. We may add, remove, limit, or change features, content, countries of availability, free limits, subscriptions, ads, rewarded credits, and supported platforms. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but the service may be unavailable at times.

LyricaLearn is provided as available. We work to keep it useful, reliable, and secure, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, exact learning outcomes, or that every piece of content or data will be accurate.

To the extent allowed by the laws that apply to you, Kawaki is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, store billing systems, network failures, or user misuse of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

You can stop using LyricaLearn at any time. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account or activity violates these Terms, creates risk for other users, threatens service security, or causes legal or operational problems.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate channel. The updated date above shows when these Terms were last revised.
